Directions to
Howard Creek Ranch

We're located 3 miles north of Westport, right off Highway 1.

When driving from the south : look for the Adopt-a-Highway sign that says “Howard Creek Ranch Inn”.  Turn right into the next driveway after the state sign (milepost 80.50), then bear left following the signs down to the Farm House for check-in.

When driving from the north : 2.5 miles after coming upon the ocean, cross the Howard Creek Bridge and take the first driveway on the left, and then bear left, following the signs down to the Farmhouse for check-in.

From Highway 101 from the south : to get to the coast you have 3 options to choose from (see map at the bottom):

• Highway 128 : starting in Cloverdale, you wind through the valley of wineries, tasting rooms, orchards, and a beautiful redwood forest before arriving at the coast south of Mendocino. From here keep driving north past Mendocino and Ft. Bragg until you get to Westport (then see above).
  
  
• Route 20 : this option departs 101 at Willits and is almost all trees and curves with less traffic and a few straight sections before reaching Highway 1 right at Fort Bragg, where you'll head north towards Westport (and follow the directions above).
  
  
• Branscomb Road : this is the shortest route from 101, which is the most northern option as it connects with Highway 1 after going up and over the ridge lin, right into Westport just a mile or so south of us.
